Billing Summary Page

Capango charges clients when we add value to your organization. The Billing Summary Page gives you a bird’s eye view of the jobs you’ve posted and how the actions you have made in Capango translate financially to your organization.

Pricing Information

At the top right of the screen, you will see Capango’s pricing rates and the actions associated with them.

  • Seeker Interested ($0.40): When a Seeker expresses interest in one of your jobs.

  • Employer Interested ($0.40): When you Invite a Seeker

  • Unlocked ($3.00): When you Unlock a Seeker and gain access to their full name and contact information as well as enable the ability to chat with them.

Filters

Below the pricing information are filters that allow you to search and/or see specific jobs that you have posted in Capango.

  • Search: Allows you to locate jobs by name by typing into this field

  • Activity Date From and Activity Date To: Allows you to find jobs that were posted within the date range you specify using these two date pickers

  • Status: By default, All Jobs, regardless of status, are visible on this page; however, this filter also allows you to see only jobs that are Active, only Jobs that are Closed, or only Jobs that are Archived.

  • Seekers vs. Financials Toggle Button: Clicking this button switches the view of the jobs on this page so that you either see the number of Seekers in each column, or how the numbers of Seekers translate financially.

Billing Summary Table

The Billing Summary Table is where all of the actionable information is. This table is divided up into rows and columns.

  • Job: The name of the Job and its location.

  • Seekers Interested: The number of Seekers that have expressed interest in your jobs — per job. You can also see a total number underneath the Seekers Interested column header.

  • Employer Interested: The number of times you or someone on your team has Invited a Seeker to express interest — per job. You can also see a total number underneath the Employer Interested column header.

  • Unlocked: The number of Seekers that have been Unlocked — per job. You can also see a total number of Seekers that have been Unlocked underneath the Unlocked column header.

  • Selected: The number of Seekers who have been Selected out of the number of positions that exist for that job — per job. For more information, see the Details section of our Creating Jobs documentation. You can see a total number of Selected Seekers out of the total number of positions created for all jobs underneath the Selected column header.

  • Total: The total amount that you have spent as you have completed actions in Capango — per job. For pricing information, please refer to the Pricing Information section above. You may also see the total amount of spend below the Total column header.

  • Cost Per Selected: The Total amount you have spent on a job divided by the  number of Seekers you have Selected. This column helps measure effectiveness — both overall and at the individual job level — and gives you insight into your organization’s behavior inside of Capango.

Example: If you have spent a total of $100 for one job and have Selected one Seeker, then the Cost Per Selected is $100. If you have spent a total of $100 for one job with five or more positions and have Selected five Seekers, the Cost Per Selected is $20.

  • Status: Whether the job is Open, Closed, or Archived

Rows per Page

At the bottom of the Billing Summary, you can configure how many rows you want to display in the Billing Summary Table per page.

You have the options of 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 rows per page.
